Our expertise is assembled through Jeff Valliant, our principal consultant. Valliant is a recognised pioneer of the Computer Telephony and CTI industry where he developed a network of "best in class" vendors, developers, channel resellers, and OEM manufacturers in this industry, thoughout Canada and the US over the past 25 years.

Valliant has worked and found success at every level of the industry including Sales, Product Marketing, Application Design, Technical Services, Project Management, and Business Development. After a successful tenure with a national computer reseller with in their "telecom division", Jeff struck out on his own in 1995 founding CYGCOM Integrated Technologies, Inc. establishing Canada's first value added distribution company for computer telephony products. Over the next 11 years, Valliant found success in an uncharted industry applying his leadership skills, comprehension of  industry & solution trends, and fundamental knowledge of technology advances in communications, wireless, processor, and signalling to position CYGCOM Integrated Technologies, Inc. with best in class component vendors, application development platforms, and solutions. With an acute awareness of CYGCOM's customer needs, Valliant assembled expert teams in Sales, Channel Marketing, and Technical Services to assist ISV's, OEM's, Manufacturers, and Resellers in their sale of $ 150 Million + in converged technology products & solutions.

In May 2006, Valliant elected to merge operations with Arrow Electronics, Inc. After assisting in the transition of personnel, select assets & intellectual properties, and key business systems, Valliant continued as a Consultant preparing a Business Plan and Sales Plan for Arrow Senior Manager, successfully completing the life cycle of CYGCOM Integrated Technologies, Inc. In April 2007, Jeff Valliant founded CYGCOM, Inc. under a new mission with in a familiar industry providing his business skills, industry knowledge, and solution expertise as a service. CYGCOM, Inc. aims to excelarate delivery of ISV, OEM, Manufacturer, Reseller, and Service Provider commerical offerings to it's intended customers.
